Folios 220-221: John Mason Lewis, HMS Braak, Deptford. James Lee, Thomas Clark, John Guy, George Harrison and Charles Young belonging to the Ocean Transport are all discharged. John Timpson, applied for discharge by the American Consul only produced the enclosed doscument [not present].
Folios 222-223: enclosure with folios 220-221. Letter dated 12 September 1801 by John Mason Lewis, HMS Braak. Document signed with a mark from James Lee saying he wants to continue in the navy.
