Folios 708-709: Charles Lydiard, HMS Kite, Leith Roads. Reports his arrival with the trade convoy from Elsineur. Having been requested to take on board a British Seaman, one of the mutineers of HMS Hermione, requests directions as to what to do with him.
Folio 710: enclosure with folios 708-709. Statement concerning John Duncan late belonging to HMS Hermione and his movements previous to being received on board HMS Kite on 18 May 1799 at Elsneur.
