Description

Folios 694-695: William Lukin, HMS Thames, Falmouth. Regarding the case of James Campbell, Boy Second Class.

Folios 696-697: enclosure with folios 694-695. Petition dated 9 December 1799 by Robinson Newton of Little Marlborough Street, St James Westminster. Regarding the release of his apprentice Henry John Kammell alias James Campbell, a Juryman Shoe Maker, who has a wife and eight children under 13 years of age.
