Folios 282-283: John Larmour, HMS Lord Hood, Leith Roads. Lieutenant George Wingate has joined the ship and superceded Lieutenant James Norman. Henry Raymond, Midshipman of HMS Pallas, who was appointed Lieutenant of HMS Lord Hood according to the letter of 31 July [1798] never made his appearance.
