Folios 280-281: John Larmour, HMS Hood, Leith Roads. Harrop Pringle, Master of HMS Lord Hood, has behaved with insolence, disrespect and disobedience of orders. He is provided by the owners who contract that he will comply wtih any orders received from jhimself or in his absence the Lieutenant. He has refusedto do so as a result of which he does not think the ship can go upon any service whilst he remains on board. Hopes the owners will be ordered to find another Master as soon as possible.
