Folios 235-236: Robert Larkham, HMS Camilla, at Sea. Today by HMS Rose he has sent 2 packets which were sent on board HMS Niger off [Le] Havre received when he visited that part of the station this morning. Reports that the frigates in the Bason of [Le] Havre seem nearly ready for sea. He had a distant view of the force at Cherbourg on 2 [August 1798] but he could not get close enough to count them.
