Folios 197-198: Charles Henry Lane, HMS Prudent, Hamoaze. Is sending a journal of his proceedings and a weekly report of prisoners of war in custody.
Folios 199-200: enclosure with folios 197-198. Journal of proceedings from 10 to 15 December 1798. Weekly report of prisoners of war at Plymouth dated 14 December 1798. Gives numbers of prisoners in custody in the prison and named prison ships on 7 December 1798 and numbers discharged showing destination, numbers discharged dead, numbers received, naming ships and other places, with totals now in custody C H Lane.
