Folios 189-190: Charles Henry Lane, HMS Prudent, Hamoaze. Is sending a journal of his proceedings and a weekly report of prisoners of war in custody.
Folios 191-192: enclosure with folios 189-190. Journal of proceedings from 19 to 24 November 1798. Weekly report of prisoners of war at Plymouth dated November 1798. Gives numbers of prisoners in custody in the prison and named prison ships on 16 November 1798 and numbers discharged showing destination, numbers discharged dead, numbers received, naming ships and other places, with totals now in custody.
