Folios 165-166: Charles Henry Lane, HMS Prudent, Hamoaze. Is sending a journal of his proceedings and a weekly report of prisoners of war in custody.
Folios 167-168: enclosure with folios 165-166. Journal of proceedings from 10 to 15 September 1798. Weekly report of prisoners of war at Plymouth dated 14 September 1798. Gives numbers of prisoners in custody in the prison and named prison ships on 7 September 1798 and numbers discharged showing destination, numbers discharged dead, numbers received, naming ships and other places, with totals now in custody
