Folios 586-587: William Lukin, HMS Thames, Falmouth. Reports his arrival the day before, and he will sail with the convoy unless HMS Galatea arrives to take charge. He was forced to delay his departure by the necessity of distributing convoy instructions to those vessels which had not had them from HMS Concorde.
