Folios 490-491: Charles Lock, HMS Inspector, Yarmouth Roads. Reports that the Storekeeper at Chatham has refused to issue the clothing he requested for his Marines, saying it must be issued to a Marine officer or by direct order of the Admiralty. Asks that it be sent to Yarmouth or to Admiral Adam Duncan's fleet. The two Marines who were sent as prisoners to HMS Neptune for mutiny and since pardoned, Thomas Hogan and Robert McCutcheon, are still on the Inspector's books. Asks whether they should be discharged.
