Folio 488: Charles Lock, HMS Inspector, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival, having been ordered by Admiral Adam Duncan to escort the three colliers on the enclosed list into Yarmouth. On 30 September off Hasborough Light the Nancy parted company shortly after her tow was dropped, and later that morning the James and Betsy also left him. Asks that the Masters of all three be prosecuted for disobeying his instructions.
