Folios 486-487: Charles Lock, HMS Inspector, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival, having been ordered by Admiral Adam Duncan to send the victuallers to the squadron at Orfordness under the escort of HMS Circe and HMS Garland, and then to call at Yarmouth and collect despatches for the Admiral. Believes it will be several days before he can sail because of damage to anchors and cables and a shortage of water.
