Folios 467-468: Charles Lock, HMS Inspector, Tynemouth Haven. Reports he impressed a man the previous day who produced the enclosed protection, which he does not believe belongs to him, Will hold him until he receives further instructions.
Folios 469-470: enclosure with folios 467-468. Admiralty protection certificate dated 29 October 1796 and issued to William Brock.
