Folios 465-466: Charles Lock, HMS Inspector, Tynemouth Haven. Reports Sergeant of Marines William Winter for disobeying an order from Master's Mate Mr Wilson and for being too drunk to stand. Postscript. He has never received the letter of 18 March regarding William Clifford.
