Folios 537-538: George Lumsdaine, HMS Polyphemus, Plymouth. As per Vice Admiral Robert Brice Kingsmill's orders he reports that he arrived here this morning from Cork in HMS Polyphemus and the Overyssel Dutch seventy-gun ship with the Victuallers for this place, a Ship from Bengal and the other vessels bound to the Eastward parted company last night in order to proceed to their different Ports. A list of the whole [Convoy] he encloses.
Folio 539: enclosure with folios 537-538. A list of Ships and Vessels under Convoy of HMS Polyphemus, George Lumsdaine Commanding. [List 15 Vessels giving]:- Ships Name, Masters Name, Owners Name, How Rigged, Number of Men, Guns, Tons, Lading and Where Bound.
