Reports his arrival at this port in company of HMS Druid and the Oporto Fleet agreeable to the enclosed [not present] list with which he sailed from Oporto on the 7 June 1796, all arrived safely. He also the enclosed [not present] Weekly Accounts and State and Condition of HMS Caroline.
