Folios 513-514: William Luke, HMS Caroline, Spithead. Having today received orders from Admiral Sir Peter Parker directing him to discharge Joseph Seakins who was impressed from his ship in the Humber, he refers them to his report of 4 April 1796 on the subject where you will see he has received His Majesty's Bounty of £5. Request to be informed if he should be discharged.
