Folios 498-499: John Luck, [Regulating Officer], Norwich. He has received their letter of 28 November 1796 informing him that it is not their intention to appoint Lieutenants. He has employed the assistance of two petty officers. He will find it difficult to convey the quota men down to Yarmouth. He informs that he has not yet enrolled any men but expects some men from the country in a few days.
