Folios 366-367: Thomas Louis, HMS Minataur, the Downs. He explains why John Balfour, Charles Templeman, Thomas Purvis and Richard Tyndall were impressed aboard HMS Minataur.
Folio 368: enclosed with folios 366-367. Petition dated 18 April 1793 by James Young, Master, the Industry of Dundee. He says that Charles Templeman is an Apprentice and asks for his discharge from HMS Minataur.
