Folios 356-357: Thomas Louis, HMS Minotaur, Longreach. The Swedish Minister has asked for the discharge of two men, Houker and Laurent. Thomas louis explains that they were impressed on the orders of Admiral Macbride after they were found to have been obtaining bounty money from East Indiamen ships through deception.
