Folio 293: enclosed with folios 291-292. Samuel, Lord Hood, Admiral of the Blue, Commander in Chief Mediterranean. Commission dated 7 October 1794 issued to Lieutenant Henry Leycester appointing him to the command of HMS L'Eclair.
