Folios 276-279: Richard Lee, HMS Hind, the Nore. He gives a detailed account of escorting merchant ships to Cuxhaven, Hamburg and the Elbe. He reports witnessing numbers of American ships carrying cargoes into Baltic ports.
Folio 280: enclosed with folios 276-279. Report dated 16 December 1794 by Richard Lee, Robert Bagree, Carpenter, HMS Hind. They report on the defects of HMS Hind.
