Description

Folios 121-122: Barnett & King, 37 Essex Street, Strand. Enclosing order from VA Francis Pickmore to Andrew King, HMS Iphigenia, to receive on board Major General Gosselin and suites for passage from Gibraltar to America and requests the usual remuneration be paid.

Folio 123: enclosure with folios 121-122. Letter dated 11 June 1814 from Francis Pickmore to Andrew King, HMS Iphigenia, ordering him to receive on board Major General Gosselin and suite to their destination and to cause those frigates under his command to receive such a number of the said troops on board as will enable the expedition to proceed without delay.
