Description

Folios 114-115: Barnett & King, 37 Essex Street, Strand. Enclosing orders from RA Samuel Hood Linzee and Sir Josias Rowley to Andrew King, HMS Iphigenia to receive on board William Fairbrother Carroll for a passage to join HMS Volcano and Lieutenant General Macfarlane with Major General Gosselin and suites for a passage from Palermo to Leghorn and request that he is paid the usual remuneration.

Folio 116: enclosure with folios 114-115. Letter dated 5 September 1813 from Samuel Hood Linzee to Andrew King, HMS Iphigenia to receive on board W F Carroll for passage to HMS Volcano and victual him.

Folio 117: enclosure with folios 114-115. Letter undated from Josias Rowley, HMS America to Andrew King, HMS Iphigenia to receive on board Lieutenant General McFarlane and Major General Gosselin and suites for passage from Palermo to Leghorn.

Folio 118: enclosure with folios 114-115. Letter undated from Andrew King listing the general officers and their suites received on board HMS Iphigenia for passage to Leghorn.
