Encloses [not present] the paroles given by three French officers whom he landed in Quiberon Bay with the permission of Rear Admiral Thomas Sotheby, after he captured them on passage from the Isle of France: Vice Admiral St Felix [Jacques Félix Emmanuel Hamelin], Chief Justice Alanic and Capitaine de Vaisseau Jean Baptiste Billard, former commander of the frigate La Caroline.
