Folios 153-154: Edward Killwick, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Encloses a letter and believes the writer is telling the truth, besides which he is not a seaman and is old and inform. Suggests he be discharged.
Folio 155: enclosed with folios 153-154. Letter from Andrew Roy, HMS Princess, to Surgeon Joseph Dallaway, undated. As his wife has died and his children have no one at home to look after them, he has appealed for substitutes in Ireland but only one has been accepted. He is now 50 and in poor health, asks if he can be discharged in exchange for this one substitute.
