Folios 378-379: Richard King, HMS Achille off Cherbourg. Encloses Covers which were received at different times. The one addressed to the Senior Officer of the Ships of the Channel Fleet at Plymouth, which happened to be him, the postage came to five shillings. The other from the Commissioners for Sick and Hurt Seaman, Transport Office received off Cherbourg also came to five shillings. Asks how he can recover the ten shillings paid by him for postage.
Folio 380: enclosure with folios 378-379. Cover addressed to the Senior Officer of the Ships of the Channel Fleet at Pymouth. Admiral Lord Gambier.
Folio 381: enclosure with folios 378-379. Cover addressed to Sir Richard King, HMS Achille off Cherbourg.
