Description

Folios 344-345: William Kent, HMS Agincourt, Longreach. As His Majesty has ordered that Captains of his fleet should be reimbursed expenses incurred in entertaining officers employed on the late expedition to Flushing encloses list of those he entertained. Total cost £250.

Folio 346: enclosure with folios 344-345. List of Officers on HMS Agincourt entertained at expense of Captail Kent at Longreach dated 31 October 1809.

Officers on expedition to Flushing - Colonel Wynch, Major Faunce and Captains Faunce, Bellenham, Piper, O'Halloran, Kepping, Jones, Balderson and Wilson, Surgeon Hill.

Prisoners for passage to Yarmouth - Colonel Bogart and Captain Laplace.

Officers for passage to Yarmouth - Colonel Coulson, Colonel Cohron and Captain Appello the last two Officers formerly in the Dutch service who went over as confidential persons with the Earl of Chatham.
