Collins, Carpenter on the Jason requesting to be appointed to a ship in ordinary as he is unfit for active service due to the loss of an eye. If this is approved requests William Dunham, now Carpenter of the Hound, who has been strongly recommended and whose certificate is enclosed (not with letter) is appointed.
