Folios 332-333: William Hugh Kittoe, Regulating Officer, Southampton. Acknowledges Admiralty letter of 18 October enclosing four Notices that widows entitled to pensions from the Charity for the Relief of Poor Widows of commissioned and warrant officers may be supplied with printed copies of the new rules, together with affidavits which they are to make prior to each quarterly payment. As requested has made this public in the neighbourhood.
