Folios 273-274: Edward Killwick, HMS Princess. Reports that Lieutenant Thomas Elkington on board the Princess has reported to him that his state of health is such that he is not fit for active service. The Surgeon who reports to him has confirmed this to be the case. Requests the appointment of Lieutenant William Lee Symonds to fill the vacancy of Lieutenant Broadwater.
