Folio 248-249: William Kent, HMS Agincourt, Nore. Confirms arrival with timber from Flushing in the West Scheld, which left the day before yesterday. Encloses copy of Rear Admiral Otway's order to him.
Folio 250: enclosure with folios 248-249. Order of William Albany Otway given on board HMS Caesar, Flushing Roads on 28 September 1809 to Captain William Kent of HMS Agincourt. Order to proceed to the Nore, report arrival to the Admiralty and send an account of the timber on board to the Navy Board.
