Folios 244-245: F.N. Ammanney, Cecil Street, Strand. Letter on behalf of Captain Kelly of HMS Solebay, on the Leeward Island station in 1793, requesting the decision on the case of Polly. The Master, Ellery was given hope for Captain Kelly about the capture of the Polly.
Folio 246: enclosure with folios 244-245. Document dated 22 August 1800 entitled Polly and Ellery. Mr Cobb noting to Mr Ammanney that this ship's cargo has been restored by the Court of Appeal. The Captain has been directed to submit an account within a month.
