Folios 240-241: William Kelly, HMS Gibraltar, off Cadiz. Reporting the capture of the schooner Pelly, and his lack of payment for this.
Folios 242-243: enclosure with folios 242-243. Letter dated 6 January 1801 from William Kelly on HMS Gibraltar explaining that he could not carry out orders received relating to the capture of the schooner Pelly because of limited time, and the fact that he did not receive some information from the Agent, who has since died.
