Folios 223-224: Richard Goodwin Keats, HMS Superb, Gibraltar. Informing that at the instruction of Admiral Saumarez he has dispatched Nicholas Duran, a French sailor, into the Spider brig to England after he attempted to assist French prisoners to escape. He should be convicted at a court martial, given corporal punishment and sent from the country.
