He writes to ask if the Admiralty had made any decision to remove the Boatswain of HMS Galatea, Mr Parker, whom according to recent reports the mutineers had released from confinement and returned to shore. He writes giving an outline of his circumstances in the hope he can be swiftly returned to his ship in case she is needed for active service.
