Folios 156-157: Jonathan Knowles, Guernsey. He reports that a number of anchors have been left here by the navy. He does not have the rope or hawsers necessary to sweep them up. He asks that if any naval vessels are coming his way he would be grateful if they could supply these necessities so they can recover the anchors. He writes that he encloses his Returns and Remarks (not enclosed).
