Folios 11-12: Richard Goodwin Keats, HMS Galatea, Falmouth. He has heard that compensation is being paid to officers and Captains to cover their expenses in entertaining Emigrant Officers on the coast of France in the course of the expedition to [Zuibnnon] and Isle Dieu. He encloses a list of these officers and the number of days that they, together with the Officers of the Gunroom, spent at his table. He asks that he be reimbursed.
