Folios 7-8: Richard Goodwin Keats, HMS Galatea, Falmouth. He refers to earlier correspondonce with the Admiralty concerning his request for lighter guns for his vessel. He has heard that the Board of Ordnance is preparing just such a set of guns at Woolwich and he asks the Admiralty to give Directions that they may be taken on board HMS Galatea.
