Folios 5-6: Richard Goodwin Keats, Galatea, Falmouth. He has received a letter from Charles Atwood, a seaman who had served on his vessel until last March, when he deserted. He tells Captain Keats that he has given himself up to the Regulating Officer at Ramsgate and was on board HMS Leopard in the Downes. He asks that the Admiralty transfer him back to HMS Galatea.
