Description

Folios 253-254: James Huggins, 26 Hawke Street, Portsea. Advises that since his promotion to Commander on 15 June 1814 he has not been granted an appointment. Advises that he has served for 19 years in the East, the West Indies, the Americas and the Mediterranean and has lost the use of his left arm from during one action. Asks for an appointment.
