Folios 227-228: William Sumner Hall, Torpoint, Cornwall. Recommends that Mr. Bond and Mr. Troughton who both served in HMS Kangaroo, before she was paid off, be offered employment. Mr. Troughton is son of a Lieutenant's Widow and his brother who was a Lieutenant, died under his command in the West Indies.
