Folios 319-320: Thomas Collier [Naval Agent], Temple.
Refers to enclosed receipts or signals and charts delivered by Captain William Hill, formerly of HMS Rolla, to his successor and others. Asks for a certificate of receipt to be issued.
Folio 321: enclosure with folios 319-320. James Fort, acting captain HMS Rolla, 1 August 1814 certifies receipt of a box of charts number 236.
Folio 322: enclosure with folios 319-320. [R D Laulaw?], Commissioner's Office, Plymouth Dockyard, 11 February 1814 certifies receipt of two boxes of charts . Box 33 containing charts for the North Sea, another containing charts for the Downs.
Folio 323: enclosure with folios 319-320. [?], Plymouth Dockyard, 7 June 1814 certifies receipt of box 76 covering the Chanel and western station.
Folio 324: enclosure with folios 319-320. James Fort, HMS Rolla, 1 August 1814 certifies receipt of fourteen documents concerning signals of varying types.
