Folios 166-167: [Thomas] Cuthbert Hichins, Seddington. He fears the Admiralty may be displeased as he passed the Admiralty statutes to Captain [?] of HMS Iphigenia when he was ordered home from Gibraltar. He did not think there was any objection.
Folio 168-168A: enclosure with folios 166-167. Unsigned note dated 215 August 1814 stating that he sent the letter described above concerning thee statutes to Mr Finlaison some days since but it does not appear to have reached him.
