Description

Folios 432-433: Henry Heathcote, HMS Scipion, Port Mahon. He acquaints them that Mr Robert Hutchison, Master's Mate of HMS Scipion was this day discharged from the Service by Vice Admiral Francis Pickmore's Order, he having forged the name of Mr Williamson, the Purser as an indorsement of a Bill drawn by Mr Hutchison on his Mother
