Folios 402-403: George Harris, HMS Belle Poule, Spithead. Covering letter for the enclosed statement of servitude to him of a deserving Petty Officer. He reports that in January last his Scull was severely fractured by the spanker boom topping life Block giving way and falling upon him which renders him totally unfit for active service and hope that he may be invalided and sent for survey at Haslar Hospital.
