Folios 394-395: enclosures with folios 392-393. Letter dated 8 June 1814 by William Sumner Hall, HMS Kangaroo, River Gironde, to the Admiralty. He recommends James Scrivenham Clerk of HMS Kangaroo who passed his examination for a Purser in January last in Portsmouth. He recommends him for a promotion.
