Folios 263-264: Askew Pafford Hollis, HMS Achille, Portsmouth. States that Mr Charles McGregor late Schoolmaster of HMS Sybille and now Acting Schoolmaster of HMS Achille has been recommended by Captain [James] Sanders and produces his Certificate of his Examination dated 27 June 1812 signed by Captain [John] Giffard Lieutenant-Governor & James Inman[?] Professor of the Naval College at Portsmouth. He requests that Mr Charles McGregor be appointed Schoolmaster of HMS Achille.
