Folios 248-249: Robert Honyman, No 6 Church Street, Spitelfields. Requests some intervention as he has passed his accounts for HMS Marlborough to the Office of Stores in the Navy Office some six weeks ago but is unable to get his Certificate to enable him to receive his pay.
Folio 250: enclosure with folios 248-249. [Proforma] Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original. Date -16 April 1814, From - Captain Robert Honyman, Subject - Requests that he may be allowed to pass his accounts for HMS Marlborough to enable him to receive his pay for that ship, Date - 18 April [1814], Nature - Refer to Navy Board.
